Position Crypto/Web3 Ecosystem Listing Manager Overview We are looking for a Listing Manager to develop our products in the USA, Canada, Latin America, and Asian markets (Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.). We consider collaboration with Junior employees (starting from commission payment, after 3 months – salary plus commission) who have little experience and are willing to build a career in a Crypto Product company, as well as experienced ones (Salary + commission). Cooperation Format Remote Start ASAP Remuneration Based solely on commission from closed deals (no fixed salary). Commission Structure Sales from $1,000 to $4,999 — 7% Sales from $5,000 to $9,999 — 10% Sales from $10,000 to $19,999 — 15% Sales from $20,000 and above — 18% Sales reaching $50,000 — 20% Sales reaching $100,000 — 25% Commission Distribution If a deal is closed with participation of other company employees, the commission will be shared among all involved team members in proportion to their contribution. The distribution will be coordinated and approved by management. Work Schedule Full‑time availability (approx. 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday) is expected to ensure consistent communication and productivity. Responsibilities Talking about PointPay products Finding new customers through cold prospecting Dealing with "hot" contacts that come from a supervisor Presenting and selling company products Providing support to new customers What We Offer Team is 70% Ukrainians and people from EU, Mexico, LatAm and Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore) Remote work from anywhere Flexible working schedule — from 9 to 17:00, 8 hours a day Format: Remote, Full-time for experienced, Part-time for trainee/Junior Salary 500‑1000$ base salary + % from start for experienced, start with % for Trainee/Junior.
