Key Account Manager US Listed Pharma Brand New Position Our client, a US-listed pharmaceutical brand, is seeking a Key Account Manager. This is a new position open to explore a new sector in the medical industry. You will lead and develop business with private hospitals, clinics and insurance-linked services. It is an exciting new sector and business. You will partner with head quarter to create new approaches and ways to establish professionals relationships with medical professionals. What You’ll Do: Build enduring relationships with private healthcare stakeholders across clinics and hospitals. Provide management the market insight, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities—translate insights into actionable strategies. Define priority accounts and contribute to commercial strategy and policy across divisions. Develop engagement plans and account strategies that create mutual value and long‑term growth. Negotiate strategic agreements and ensure profitable outcomes across product portfolios. Team partnership with marketing, finance, HR, to head up project execution. Display your leadership experience and skills. Who You Are: 5 – 10 years of solid working experience with private hospitals, clinics, or insurance-linked services. Desire to develop pharmaceutical career in a new sector and explore your ambitions. Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills; analytical mindset with experience in ROI analysis and P&L management. Hybrid Sales/Marketing profile preferred; cross‑functional collaboration is essential. Experience in private insurance or market access environments is a plus. Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin an advantage.
