This role is responsible for the implementation of a range of fundraising programs, from legacy planned giving to event fundraising, to support UNICEF's global work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide marketing communication support for fundraising programs, including daily copywriting and translation duties.
  • Develop bilingual messages and stories for print and digital marketing, including brochures, booklets, advertorials, web content, social media, or other materials.
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure material production and service are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist in the execution of all aspects of the marketing plan, including results analysis, reports preparation, materials, and records management.
  • Responsible for planned gifts and will internal and external administration.
  • Assist in target audience outreach and effective communications with the target group.
  • Assist in coordinating all resources (including external parties, vendors, agencies, and event supporters/volunteers) for program and event implementation.
  • While this role will focus on legacy planned giving and fundraising events, participating in cross-function or cross-team task forces is required from time to time.
Requirements

The position will act highly independently to produce results. He / She is expected to be:

  • A self-motivated learner, eager to acquire new skills and knowledge through on-the-job experience, both from internal and external networks and resources.
  • Proven ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously with good discipline in meeting deadlines and milestones.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • A great team player with excellent interpersonal skills and can work well with different stakeholders.
  • Experience in NGO is preferred.
  • A university degree in business, marketing, or related disciplines.
