Sales Manager - coworking spaces and serviced offices About the Company: Our client is a leading coworking space provider in China, operating at a large scale across multiple cities. As part of their strategic expansion, they are now entering the Hong Kong market and seeking a dynamic professional to lead leasing and operations locally. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Business Development Drive tenant acquisition by promoting the value of our project and securing lease agreements. Operations Management Oversee daily operations of the space, address tenant needs promptly, and maintain high service standards. Event Planning Curate and execute community events, workshops, and industry forums to foster engagement and collaboration. Market Strategy Analyze local market trends and implement brand promotion strategies to enhance visibility and maximize occupancy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; prior experience in operations or client management is a plus. Minimum 3 years of office leasing experience in Hong Kong. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s commercial real estate market and dynamics.
