About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join NexLen International Limited as a Sales Manager in our Kwun Tong, Kwun Tong District office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career progression within the organisation. What you’ll be doing Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals. Recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to drive performance. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimise sales processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts and ensuring exceptional customer service. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to support the delivery of customer solutions. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to raise the profile of the organisation. What we’re looking for Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the sales industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive informed decision‑making. Proficient in using sales tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve productivity. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
