Supervisor, Sales and Marketing Position at bolttech. Overview As a key member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will lead business development on Life Agent and Direct referral channels to meet growth targets, oversee sales performance, and collaborate with agency teams to support tied agents. Responsibilities Providing day‑to‑day sales support to Life agents Achieving sales results from assigned Life Agent Regions and Direct referral channels Assisting the Manager in relationship building within the Life Agent Channel Running regular sales campaigns, sales orientation, and product training to maximize Life Agent sales potential Participating in product development projects tailored for Life Agent clientele Exploring business opportunities through direct referral channels with internal stakeholders Qualities & Competencies Customer Focus – Understands the importance of using customer data to make decisions, prioritizes customer needs, and offers diversified service solutions. Collaborative – Cooperates with team members to resolve problems and achieve goals, offers support and builds diverse networks. Impactful – Aligns efforts to team objectives, acts quickly to address issues, and remains committed to goals amidst obstacles. Adaptable – Adapts to changes quickly, handles unexpected requirements calmly, and employs flexible approaches. Qualifications Degree holder with 5–8 years of sales and underwriting experience in general insurance, preferably with an insurance company serving the Life Agent channel. Solid knowledge of general insurance products for consumer and commercial SME markets. Experience in product briefing and sales training (a plus). Holder of the IIQE certification and/or other insurance professional qualifications such as ACII or ANZIIF. Result‑oriented, self‑motivated, strong sense of ownership, and able to work independently. Excellent presentation and communication skills with proficiency in English and Cantonese.
