What you will do:
- Provide administrative support in preparing reports and records-keeping
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, addressing issues and taking appropriate corrective action
What you bring:
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Well versed in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good knowledge in computer applications
