Responsibilities Strategy & Implementation: Draft and execute robust BD plans for Capital Markets, ensuring they align with broader firm and sector strategies. Internal Connectivity: Build a strong network across global BD teams to ensure the local office remains integrated with the firm's worldwide strategy. Pitch Leadership: Provide high-quality, strategic input for win strategies and market-leading pitch and panel submissions. Data Intelligence: Leverage technology and data infrastructure for horizon scanning, pipeline management, and opportunity spotting. Market Growth: Collaborate with sector teams to create compelling go-to-market campaigns and identify cross‑selling opportunities. Requirements Proven experience in business development within legal services, specifically in Capital Markets or a related practice area. A demonstrated ability to develop and implement BD plans that achieve organizational goals. Experience working across international teams and driving interconnectivity between different offices. Strong Analytical Skills with proficiency in using data tools and technology to generate actionable insights and monitor industry trends.
