They are currently hiring a General Trade Sales Manager who will report to the Commercial Sales Lead and lead a team of 4. About the Role Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored for the OTC general trade segment Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to drive revenue and expand market share Build and maintain strong relationships with key general trade accounts and develop customized account plans Lead, train, and motivate the OTC sales team to consistently hit targets Conduct market & competitor analysis; adjust strategies proactively based on trends and insights Collaborate with marketing and product teams; align sales efforts with new launches and promotions Analyze sales data, track KPIs, prepare forecasts and reports for management The Successful Candidate Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field (advanced degree/certification a plus) 7+ years sales experience with 2-3 years in managerial role within OTC/pharmaceutical general trade Proven track record of building successful sales strategies and delivering growth in competitive markets Strong leadership skills with experience managing, coaching and developing sales teams Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities Data-savvy; proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics and performance tracking Deep understanding of OTC market trends, regulations and strong existing network in the sector Click Apply Now to apply for this position or call Jack Lee at for a confidential discussion.
