Senior Account Executive/Account Manager We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive or Account Manager to join our dynamic marketing agency, We Glow HK Limited. This full‑time position is based in our Kwun Tong office, where you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and delivering exceptional results. What you'll be doing Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and other client‑facing materials. Monitor campaign planning, executions and performance and provide regular updates to clients. Conduct desktop or market research and competitive analysis for existing projects or new business pitches. Social content planning and analytics support. What we're looking for Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an account management role within an advertising, event, or creative agency. Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Account Executive roles. Strong understanding of advertising, event and social media, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Demonstrated strong project management capabilities, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
