Responsibilities Create purchase orders and keep track of parts delivery according to engine test schedule Closely monitor materials status required for engine build, identify items at risk and look for mitigation Make good decisions on material transfer/allocation to meet the target test date Liaise with other departments on setting the kitting targets so as to meet engine milestone test date Coordinate with various departments (e.g., procurement, production, and logistics) to ensure materials can be returned on time in order to meet the set kitting date Well manage customer‑owned materials and make suitable material nominations Support turnaround time objective for the continuous improvement of the section, both in work and morale Work on alternative Saturdays as required Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent 2 years or more related working experience Fluent spoken and written English Good interpersonal and communication skills Good analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficient in MS Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access) Fresh graduates will also be considered Perks Coach Subsidy Staff Canteen Subsidy Double Pay Incentive Bonus Overtime Pay Medical Coverage for dependents and children Education Subsidies And more… Applicants not invited for interview within three weeks from the date of submitting CV may consider their application unsuccessful.
