Senior Account Executive - Credit Control Senior Account Executive, Credit Control, Treaty Reinsurance Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. Responsibilities Perform daily accounting operations in accounts payable and receivable function Handle invoice payments, receipts, and reconciliation of accounts with client & reinsurers Investigate discrepancies within the reconciliation and follow up with respective units Liaise with client manager to understand client’s needs and resolve accounting issues Monitor/liaise with offshore handler on accounting or settlement issues to ensure quality output Participate in UAT for system projects related to system enhancement if required Assist managers on reporting and other ad-hoc tasks Qualifications Graduate with Accounting, Finance or Business degree At least 2-3 years relevant accounting experience in reinsurance/insurance sector preferred Strong technical skills in MS Excel Proficiency in English and Mandarin Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Detail-oriented, proactive, accurate and meticulous How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
