Role Description This is a dynamic on‑site Senior Account Executive role based in Hong Kong SAR. The Senior Account Executive will oversee client account management, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and build strong relationships with premium and ethical lifestyle and fashion brands. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, leading strategic partnerships, managing daily account activities, and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential to deliver high‑quality outcomes and achieve business goals effectively. Qualifications Sales and Business Development: Proven skills in identifying opportunities, managing accounts, and closing deals. Account Management and Client Relations: Experience in building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to devise and execute effective strategies to meet and exceed business objectives. Communication and Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in delivering polished presentations. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with premium and ethical brands in lifestyle and fashion industries is highly preferred. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage projects effectively. Attention to Detail: Skills in maintaining accuracy and quality in account and campaign management tasks. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant work experience in a similar role is advantageous. Fluency in Chinese, English are essential; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
