Financial Controller (Role is based overseas) (AAP) Location: Overseas (Full relocation required)Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a driven and adaptable Financial Controller to lead the finance function of our overseas operations. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who thrives in fast‑moving, high‑growth industries such as ecommerce, digital platforms, payments, technology, logistics, or consumer businesses. The successful candidate will oversee end‑to‑end financial management while partnering closely with business leaders to drive operational and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee full-spectrum finance functions, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, internal controls, and compliance. Lead monthly closing, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Implement robust financial processes, policies, and internal controls suitable for a fast‑paced environment. Provide strategic insights to support business growth, profitability initiatives, and decision‑making. Manage cash flow, working capital, and cross‑border financial operations. Partner with commercial, operations, and leadership teams to support business expansion. Drive systems improvements (ERP, automation tools) and enhance financial efficiency. Work closely with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external advisors. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred. Proven experience as Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or Senior Finance Lead. Background in ecommerce, digital businesses, technology, payments, FMCG, or other fast‑moving industries. Strong command of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements. Highly hands‑on, resourceful, and able to operate in dynamic, fast‑growing environments. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to partner with cross‑functional teams. Willing to relocate and be based overseas.
