  • We are looking for Senior Accounts Clerk - with details as follows :

The Job :

  • Handling full set of accounts, manage accounting operation, bookkeeping, prepare journal entries and accounts analysis independently;
  • Provide supports for management reports and group reporting;
  • Responsible to prepare invoice, statement, issue debit note, reminder, receipt;
  • Arrange cheque payment and collection;
  • Handling the record of miscellaneous charges;
  • Handling small claims if any;
  • Work in Accounting team of 2 members;

Requirements :

  • LCC intermediate Accounting level or above;
  • 5+ years accounting experience in any business;
  • An advantage if experience in Peachtree or other accounting software;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese-word processing;
  • Proficient in English, Chinese & Cantonese;
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm);
  • Annual leave : 12 days;
  • No OT work is required.
