Responsibilities Liaise with film distributors to collect film-related publicity materials and film information. Manage film and materials databases. Organize the shipment of film prints between distributors and HKIFF, and handle all procedural arrangements including customs clearance and liaisons with freight carriers. Manage screening prints and work closely with technical team to ensure they are up to screening standard. Organize logistics for local film delivery to screening venues, and liaise with service providers. Assist in preparing and proofreading film subtitles when needed. Assist in the coordination and setup of book sales during festival period. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management. Qualifications University graduate or equivalent. At least 2 years' working experience. Ability to work independently and proactively. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage. Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and Access). Required to work overtime and irregular hours including full‑day work on weekends and public holidays during certain periods. The above position is offered on temporary contract terms only.
