Join to apply for the Business Analyst (Business side) role at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Responsibilities Assist the bank’s collateral management from system and data perspective, including trade STP implementation to collateral system, daily onboarding and data reporting. In addition, this position will be required to assist system team leader to perform any system management tasks and projects. Initiate collateral management system IT implementation or changes, raise user requirements, conduct user testing and monitor the project status. Design, maintain and manage the collateral management infrastructure, including custody tri‑party collateral management service. Perform trade STP implementation from derivatives system to collateral system, including product field mapping, testing and daily STP breaks investigation. Design and perform portfolio reconciliation and margin dispute management. Investigate and analysis reason of valuation difference. Generate daily reports such as collateral report, large dispute report, valuation difference report and other ad‑hoc reports. Maintain collateral system configurations and parameters such as legal agreement (e.g. ISDA, VMCSA, IMCTA, GMRA), portfolios, collateral schedules. Counterparty onboarding for margin, reconciliation and other risk mitigation standards processes. As a system administrator, this position is responsible for system‑related management and responds to internal and external audit inspection. Collect, check, and maintain user authorization applications in accordance with operating procedures. Assist system team leader to complete the IT system projects, initiated by Hong Kong and South‑east Asia business stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor Degree or above At least 5 years related experiences in banking or similar industry, especially in Information Technology, OTC Derivatives or Collateral management functions Experience in Murex / Bloomberg MARS / TriResolve / Acadia IMEM or other collateral management systems will be an advantages Accurate, deliver results in good quality. Able to work with minimum supervision. Good team player, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking will be an advantage We offer competitive remuneration package and comprehensive fringe benefits including medical and life insurance, and different types of allowances to the right candidates.
