Senior Director, Sales and Educational Planning Role Overview We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee premium overseas education planning, sales strategy and advisory team development. The ideal candidate possesses more than ten years of experience in elite overseas admissions consulting, with a strong track record supporting successful applications to Ivy League, US Top 30 and UK G5 universities. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning for competitive overseas pathways including the Ivy League, US Top 30, UK G5 and Group of Eight. Oversee advisor performance relating to student profiling, essay strategy and interview preparation. Maintain updated knowledge of global education systems and entrance examinations such as SAT, ACT, AP, IB, A-Level and IELTS. Sales and Marketing Develop annual sales strategies, revenue targets and product positioning. Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives and public events including seminars and international education expos. Build referral systems, private domain retention mechanisms and integrated marketing pipelines. Training and Team Development Design and deliver structured training programmes for advisory and sales teams. Implement standardized service procedures, quality control systems and performance frameworks. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognised institution. Minimum of ten years of experience in premium overseas education consulting. Proven success in Ivy League, US Top 30 or UK G5 admissions. Strong understanding of global admissions systems and examination mechanisms. Experience in sales management and training development. Excellent command of written Chinese and English and fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Strong strategic capability, results-oriented mindset and team leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior leadership experience within international schools, education consultancies or admissions organisations. Understanding of Hong Kong and Mainland China parent markets.
