We are seeking an accomplished Sales & Marketing Director to lead our global commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth. This senior leadership role will oversee sales and marketing operations, set long‑term direction, and ensure alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. Mission: develop a new client base to increase revenue while strengthening existing customer relationships. Formulate and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies and action plans to achieve ambitious revenue and market share targets, grow existing customers’ business volume, and develop new potential customers. Lead sales & marketing teams in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Build strong relationships with global clients, partners, and stakeholders while expanding into new markets. Shape the company’s brand positioning and oversee marketing campaigns, trade shows, and industry events. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements in all commercial activities. Optimize pricing strategies, contract terms, and margin management to balance competitiveness with profitability. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks. Report directly to the CEO and contribute to executive decision‑making. Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related engineering field; MBA preferred. Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) is a must. Strong connection with key customers in the EMS industry is a big plus. 10+ years of progressive sales & marketing experience in electronic manufacturers. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion at a senior level. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
