Overnight Shift In-Charge - Front Office (5-Day Work) Add expected salary to your profile for insights Attend to all arriving and departing guests at the reception desk, including registration, cashiering, and other guest service duties, even during overnight hours, to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition. Assist team members with difficult guest requests and complaints as required Prepare amenities and ensure accurate room allocation to meet the needs of Owners, VIPs, Special Attention Guests, and other important clients, ensuring key service elements are in place prior to their arrival Conduct sharp reporting of all overnight activities, incidents, and operational updates, ensuring timely communication with day-shift management Respond promptly to any emergencies, guest concerns, or operational issues that arise during the overnight shift Provide a monitoring role for the overnight security guard team and ensure property operations run smoothly during the overnight shift Assist the Manager in maximizing occupancy, revenue, and average rate while maintaining high service standards Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Requirements: Degree holder in Hotel/ Hospitality Management or equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, with at least 1 year at a supervisory level, preferably in customer service or hospitality Experience in property management is a plus Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit is an advantage Strong monitoring and reporting skills, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to operational needs Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a mature, independent, and proactive work ethic Service-oriented, attentive to detail, and able to work independently overnight Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred Holder of a Certificate in First Aid (AFA) is an advantage Shift duty, including overnight shifts, and rotating days off are required Knowledge of hotel systems or immediate availability is an advantage Compensation & Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary, associates are entitled to year-end double-pay, discretionary bonuses, and benefits such as 14 days of annual leave, a meal allowance, medical and dental coverage, life insurance, and regular physical checkups.
