Responsibilities Manage and supervise subordinates to handle insurance claims and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation Handle and manage litigation and direct settlement cases Provide quality customer services to clients Provide suitable trainings to the Claims Team Assist Claims Manager to prepare management reports and statistics for management review Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned Qualifications Degree holder with professional qualificationssuch as ANZIIF/ACII Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling insurance claims, preferably in EC and casualty cases, supervisory and management experience is required Possess releveant legal knowledge will be an advantage Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English andfluent in Mandarin Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint Strong career mind, enthusiastic, able to work independently and under pressure 5-Day Work Week Year End Bonus Medical Insurance Paid Marriage Leave & Marriage Gift New Born Baby Gift Scholarship for Employee’s Children Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
