Responsibilities: Lead and supervise Customer Service team to handle customer enquiries from various communication channels, e.g. telephone, email, mobile app and social media etc. in a timely, efficient and quality manner Handle and resolve CS cases according to established policies and procedures Work closely with Operation, Training, Quality Assurance and Marketing team to resolve customer concerns and determine best course of solution based on the customers’ needs Analyze customer feedback, prepare reports and provide insights to drive improvement and satisfaction Responsible for mystery shopper program (MSP) to keep driving improvement for customer experience Conduct regular assessments of existing SOPs to ensure they align with current best practices and organizational goals. Identify areas for improvement and implement updates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments on customer services and related systems Requirements: Degree or above in any disciplines A minimum of 6 years' working experience in Customer Services, of which at least 2 years' experience in supervisory role Experience in Food & Beverage, Retail and Hospitality will be an advantage Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Probing mindset to identify root cause and improvement opportunities. Excellent telephone manner, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude Proficient in MS Office Suite and Chinese word processing Good command of English and Chinese Immediate availability is preferred We offer competitive salary, on-the-job development program and rewarding career opportunities for ambitious individuals who are looking for challenges.
