Responsibilities: Manage business critical real-time trading systems in order to identify issues and problem areas Ensure the smooth running of the firm’s trading and execution systems using in-house proprietary software applications and tools Carrying out trade surveillance Interacting with operations technology teams and contributed effectively to a global team Implement new systems and configuration updates for the purpose of trading operations, risk management and new markets/product launches Perform daily market sentiment, risk exposure, P&L reporting Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance Work with trading developers to improve pricing/execution/booking logic Testing of software releases, upgrades and applications as part of the trading system Assisting in the training of relevant staff to ensure continuing competence in accordance with the CySEC regulation Troubleshooting a variety of trading issues and liaising with appropriate teams where necessary to ensure their resolution Keeping up to date with changes in market conduct regulations Requirements: Master's degree in quant discipline from top global universities Exposure to Python/C++/Java and an interest to expand your technical skills At least 3 years’ experience with relevant options trading or alpha building Knowledge in option pricing, vol curve models, greeks and other risk measures Solid experience in a trading or dealing role within a regulated financial institution (CySEC, FCA, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulatory environments Good understanding of risk management and compliance requirements in proprietary trading Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Have strong analytical skills and pay high attention to details Work under high pressure efficiently Experience or keen interest in crypto industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
