The Role If you are passionate about Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing and love growing brands using creative, data-driven tactics, you are in the right place. We are looking for a Marketing Manager or Assistant Manager to join our international team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. You will be the bridge between data and creativity, ensuring our clients' marketing initiatives align perfectly with their business objectives. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage high-impact social media marketing strategies. Growth & Analytics: Drive lead generation and conduct in-depth web analytics to make data-driven decisions. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to create cohesive campaigns that enhance brand visibility. Client Success: Align marketing initiatives with client business goals to ensure maximum ROI. Qualifications We are looking for a long-term teammate to help grow LABELESS to the next level. Experience: Total Experience: 5–6 years of total experience in the marketing field. Digital Marketing Agency: 2–3+ years of hands‑on experience within a Digital Marketing Agency environment is preferred. Core Skills: Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, and Digital Strategy. Data Fluency: Experience with Web Analytics and data-driven decision-making. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills. Adaptability: Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic client needs. Bonus: Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools is a strong plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Action-Oriented: You have a "To-Do" mindset and get things done. Reliable: You are organized and a team player we can count on. Growth-Minded: You are entrepreneurial and eager to scale with us.
