The Role If you are passionate about Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) marketing and love growing brands using creative, data‑driven tactics, you are in the right place. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our international team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be the engine behind our campaigns, handling the daily execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the management team to turn strategies into reality, ensuring our clients' marketing goals are met with precision and creativity. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and manage the daily execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Social Media Management: Implement high‑impact social media strategies, including content scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring. Data & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools; prepare weekly/monthly reports to help the team make data‑driven decisions. Content Coordination: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (designers, copywriters) to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and align with brand guidelines. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest AI marketing tools, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for client growth. Qualifications We are looking for a long‑term teammate to help grow LABELESS to the next level. Experience: 1–2+ years of digital marketing experience (Internship experience in a relevant agency setting will be considered). Core Skills: Solid understanding of Social Media Marketing platforms, Content Creation, and basic Lead Generation tactics. Data Fluency: Familiarity with Web Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to interpret basic data sets. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit. Adaptability: Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic client needs. Bonus: Knowledge of AI‑powered marketing tools or basic graphic design skills is a strong plus.
