Responsibilities Assist team head to manage end to end delivery of product enhancement, new product development or system projects Act as main liaison of different stakeholders in identifying and prioritizing critical project milestones and deliverables Collaborate with internal stakeholders in requirement gathering Manage testing activities and lead a small team of testers Provide fortnightly project update and prepare status reports to management Provide production tasks/activities/post implementation support Provide system service support to product & channel owners as well as CBG business and operation units Requirements Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Consumer Banking products specialized in digital project delivery Good understanding on the system applications and preferably with some technical knowledge Good experience in managing system enhancement end-to-end and participated in different milestones within a project lifecycle such as business requirements development, test management and execution, implementation, etc. Agile exposure is preferable.
