We’re looking for a high‑caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Client Service Specialist – Onsite (Internal Job Title: Client Service Specialist – C05), based in Hong Kong. Responsibilities The Service Specialist ensures an excellent level of customer service to achieve full customer satisfaction, managing branch resources and aiming to generate "Exceptional Experiences" from client arrival to departure. Coordinate the application of the Attention and Operation Model in the branch. Promote the institution’s products and services in the client’s yard and intensify promotion of self‑service options. Coordinate material resources and branch staff. Contribute efficiently to control and security functions with the designated personnel. Fulfilling client needs while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics. Assess risk when business decisions are made, safeguarding Citigroup’s reputation and assets, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and policies, and escalating/reporting control issues transparently. Perform accurate banking transactions, including managing cash supply for the branch and processing incoming/outgoing deposits. Qualifications Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience. Experience in customer service, sales, and/or referencing in branches. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Able to build connections between digital platforms and clients. Supports clients in embracing digitization of banking behavior.
