Responsibilities Ensure customers receive warm & personalized arrival & departure experiences based on seamless flow of processes as well as a neat & welcoming environment. Manage & support the Service Ambassadors on appointment check-in, ticket & queue management, welcome & farewell gestures, service duties, grooming & service manners. Ensure service standards, team & individual performance are aligned among all Service Ambassadors with DBS RED values – Respectful, Easy to deal with, Dependable. Act as a line trainer to co-work with Learning & Development team, Customer Experience team, & Digital team to plan and deliver Service-related & digital related trainings to T&D branch staff on a regular basis. Work as a backup of the Customer Service Manager providing support & relief as needed. Requirements Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in branch network of consumer banking, 2 years of which should be at managerial level. Degree holders, proven and hands‑on service management experience, preferably in banking or hospitality industries. Strong customer‑obsessed service mindset & attitude. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Fluent speaking of Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
