Senior Sales Representative/ Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities To create and implement effective sales strategies to generate revenues in meeting pre-set business objective To collect market intelligence, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and to assist in market access of new products To build close and healthy, influential relationship with existing and potential clients by conducting regular meeting to understand their needs and provide product information To perform daily sales routines with high standard and in compliance with Code of Ethics / local regulatory requirement To collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Medical team to assist in execution of marketing/ medical related activities in the field To establish and maintain good networking with KOLs via marketing and scientific events To take the lead or champion of company project when assigned To use omnichannel to engage with customers To make use of company digital platforms to plan, analyse and report in daily routine To report to Senior Sales Manager/ Assistant Sales Manager in related to operational issues, and to provide and discuss on feasible solutions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related field is advantage Exposure in CNS market, neuroscience and neuro-rare disease product is highly preferred Self-driven and result-oriented with passion to build long-term career in the medical and healthcare industry Positive attitude, agility to drive change and growth mindset Good strategic and analytical thinking Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Cantonese speaking, good command of English #J-18808-Ljbffr
