Job Title: Data Center Project Commercial Lead

Responsibilities
  • Draft and review business contracts to ensure they comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Assess contract risks and propose strategies for effective risk mitigation.
  • Resolve issues or disputes that arise during the contract period and offer viable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract implementation and effective commercial management.
  • Engage in negotiations and execute commercial and contractual plans to protect the company's interests.
  • Oversee contract performance and generate reports for senior management.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adapt to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
  • More than five years of experience in contract management, preferably in large-scale corporations.
  • A proven track record in managing Data Center infrastructure projects and large-scale construction contracts.
  • A solid understanding of contract law, tendering processes, and negotiation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, paired with strong organizational and contract management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua, both written and spoken.
