Associate / VP / Director Prime Brokerage Sales (Hong Kong based)

Our multi-asset Prime Brokerage offering includes access to Equities, Futures & Options, Fixed Income, and more. The successful candidate will play a key role in not only driving sales for Prime Brokerage but also supporting the broader Marex franchise. This includes our market-leading clearing and commodities business, as well as our innovative structuring services. Overall Responsibilities Supporting for distribution of the team’s prime brokerage and outsourced trading products into HK and replying to reverse inquiries. Broadening the sales and marketing function in HK. This included educating investors about Marex as well as the prime brokerage products on offer. Visit investors offices to present prime brokerage and outsourced trading solutions. Responsible for determining and executing client service and pricing levels. Responsible for developing and executing on marketing strategy. Standard Responsibilities Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SFC. Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with. Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values. At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct. To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility. To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required. To elevate risk events immediately. To provide input to risk management processes, as required. Competencies, Skills and Experience Strategic collaborator with insight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuring operational effectiveness. Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous.
