Ref Number: Senior Merchandising Manager (lingerie / swimwear) Responsibilities: Develop and implement the seasonal merchandising strategy, including product assortment plans, pricing architecture, and margin targets for both swimwear and lingerie. Lead the creation of balanced and commercial product ranges, overseeing the entire process from initial concept to line list finalization. Set and manage OTB (Open-to-Buy), sales forecasts, and markdown strategies. Conduct regular performance analysis to maximize profitability and sell‑through. Be the expert on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights within the intimate apparel and swimwear sectors. Translate this knowledge into actionable product strategies. Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and commercially viable product journey from concept to customer. Work with the sourcing and production teams to manage cost negotiations, ensure quality standards, and optimize the supply chain. Mentor, manage, and develop a high‑performing merchandising team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and commercial acumen. Qualifications: Diploma holder or above. A proven leader with 8+ years of merchandising experience, ideally within the swimwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel industry. Have a deep understanding of the technical aspects, fabrications, and construction specific to swim and lingerie. A strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and exceptional analytical skills. An expert in range planning, financial forecasting, and inventory management. An influential communicator and collaborator, able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Proactive, results‑driven, and thrive in a fast‑paced, manufacturing‑oriented environment. Frequent travel to Mainland China is required.
