Responsibilities Handle the material sampling and liaise with the design team on sample requests; Collaborate with overseas team & customers to negotiate quantities, product design/feature, sample approval, and timelines; Liaise with internal parties (operation, quality & logistic) to ensure the customer’s expectation and procurement requirements can be fulfilled; Perform order on time management. Identify the risk of failure proactively to management; Assist Senior Manager to execute continuous improvement on order management process; Coach and provide guidance to junior/new teammates. Support with internal parties and customer to ensure the achievement of sales turnover and on‑time delivery; Handle claim resolution and settlement. Qualifications Diploma graduate or above; 5 - 7 years merchandising experience in various kinds of toys; Good command of English / Mandarin and MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook); Well organised, mature, a good team player and faster learner; Immediate availability is highly preferable. Less experience will be considered for the position of Merchandiser. We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
