Senior Merchandiser (Hardline) Our client is a manufacturing and design agency based in Hong Kong. For the past 20 years, they have supplied global brands, retailers, and promotional products companies across multiple product categories including drinkware, housewares, kitchenware, consumer electronics, headwear, bags, sports & toys, stationery, home appliances, outdoor products, medical devices, blanket & towel and sundries. Now, they are recruiting one Senior Merchandiser to join their team: Job Descriptions for Senior Merchandiser: Lead Two Assistant merchandisers as one merchandising team. Responsible for sourcing factories, Hardline product development, and order following-up Manage the product development process with clients and factories from start to finish Manage ongoing projects and keep track of project deadlines using project management tools Able to contribute to the growth of the business & work independently Handle customer inquiries efficiently & professionally Strong industry experience and ability to work closely with clients Solid experience in validating factories Good knowledge of compliance, testing, and auditing requirements Good understanding of the market segments, key industry players, and product trends Requirements University Graduated preferred Solid Senior merchandising experience with at least 10 years in hardline Proactive approach to work, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work well under pressure Strong communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities Presentable, quick learner, and an excellent team player Excellent written and oral English are essential, and the Mandarin language is a MUST Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Typing is a MUST Willing to travel occasionally Work at Lai Chi Kok, 5 Days Work; 13 months salary + Discretionary Bonus, 11 days Annual Leave, Medical.
