Add expected salary to your profile for insights Report to Director, Project Management & Process Enhancement, this role will be mainly responsible for devising, organizing, and implementing high scale projects that are very complex in nature. Oversee a large complement of employees that are divided into various project teams: Providing resolutions for problems Report on project status Managing project team Accounting for project cost, time and budget Mitigating programmed risks Job Responsibilities Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. Make appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Job Requirements Degree Holder in business administration or Finance, Engineering degree or related job experience from EMS industry a significant plus; Overseas education/ background a big plus Experience in PMP and 6 Sigma preferred Minimum 5 years or above direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. Over 10-15 years PM experiences working in Manufacturing Industry is essential; ESG and EE background is not crucial factor BUT experiences working in ESG industry is definite advantage. Demonstrated experience in personnel management. Mature, Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity.
