Responsible for the sales, financial performance and operations of the imaging center Lead and coach a frontline team to ensure the delivery of standardized workflow with quality customer service and clinical care Maintain high efficiency of center operations and execute the continuous improvement plan for the center Review existing policies and procedures to ensure center compliance Oversee the support functions, namely Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), Facilities Management and Procurement for the center Monitor workload of the center and allocate appropriate manpower to ensure the consistent and efficient services Handle purchasing activity in the center, ensuring that value for money is maximized and cost savings are generated Collaborate closely with cross‑functional departments and external vendors To handle any ad hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by management ***5-day Work/week on shift. Night-shift is NOT required. Fixed rest day on Sunday and public holidays.*** Job Requirements University graduate in Healthcare or Business disciplines, 2-3 years relevant supervisory experience in imaging center / clinic operations Strong understanding of healthcare operations, familiar with relevant regulations and industry best practice Strong leadership, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, customer‑oriented, positive mindset and self‑motivated Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Training received from Nursing or healthcare related disciplines will be a definite advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel Immediate availability will be considered in priority Application Method A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
