Manager/ Senior Manager We R Family Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead and manage the 333 Learning Companion Leadership Programme. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our program, ensuring its success and sustainability. Responsibilities Oversee the strategic planning and execution of the program to achieve its goals. Cultivate and manage relationships with a diverse group of funding partners, including donors, foundations, corporations. Implement and maintain effective donor engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with new and existing supporters. Collaborate with teams responsible for donor relations to enhance engagement initiatives. Support the Commissioners at our service centres in delivering successful project outcomes through efficient governance, planning and documentation management. Create detailed project plans, clearly outlining tasks, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs, while ensuring compliance with governance and audit standards, track project progress and collaborate with partners to ensure deliverables meet set standards and schedules. Manage financial aspects including budgeting, procurement, and vendor contracts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally related to Education. At least 10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity in sectors like NGOs, government, social services, education, or consulting. Demonstrated expertise in project management and team leadership, with a talent for engaging a wide range of stakeholders. Insight into government policies and community service needs, particularly in children’s services. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
