Senior Settlement Officer (Global market ) Responsibilities Responsible for performing HK & US securities settlement Perform daily settlement operation, including securities, futures & options, asset management, corporate actions and other CCASS/DCASS operations; Corporate actions, nominee services, IPO & placement Follow up confirmation, Fund transfer & Trading matching Perform compliance and risk management on transactions Perform system UAT and raise changed request for system implementation Manage daily stock reconciliations Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting At least 3 years of settlement operational experience in securities or brokerage firm, custodians or asset management Prior experience in equities ,bond and future settlement is preferable) Sound knowledge in CCASS and DCASS operations Highly self-motivated with good attention to details; Knowledge of excel and some programming skills are preferred Working-level proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese #J-18808-Ljbffr
