Key Responsibilities Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments for insurance brokerage and wealth management clients (source of wealth, risk grading, PEP screening, etc.) Perform full‑cycle CDD/KYC and AML/CTF processes, including sanction and adverse media screening using tools such as World‑Check, Refinitiv, etc. Assist in updating internal compliance manuals, AML policies, and procedures to ensure full alignment with IA, SFC, and JFIU latest requirements Maintain and regularly review client due diligence files Support license maintenance/renewal with the Insurance Authority (IA) and day‑to‑day management of licensed representatives (RO/TA) Deliver internal compliance training and provide timely compliance advice to front‑line business teams Participate in new product/service compliance reviews Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above (Law, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related disciplines preferred) Minimum 3 years of solid compliance/AML experience gained from HK‑licensed insurers, insurance brokers, wealth/asset management firms, family offices, trust companies, or Big‑4/regulatory consulting firms Familiar with Hong Kong Insurance Ordinance, AMLO, Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter‑Terrorist Financing Ordinance, IA & SFC guidelines Holders of IIQE Paper 1 strongly preferred (Paper 2/3 a plus) Hands‑on experience with screening tools Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) Detail‑oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently Benefits Attractive base salary + performance bonus (2–4 months) Comprehensive medical insurance (including dental & family coverage) MPF + 15–20 days annual leave Clear career progression – strong performers can be promoted to Senior/Assistant Manager within 1–2 years #J-18808-Ljbffr
