Business Development Manager (Cross-border Segment) Join Chong Hing Bank Limited as a Business Development Manager (Cross-border Segment). Founded in 1948, Chong Hing Bank is a well-established commercial bank in Hong Kong with a network of more than 40 branches and sub-branches. The Bank became a member of Yuexiu Group, one of the largest state-owned enterprises in Guangzhou, in 2014. In recent years, the Bank has been actively expanding its business in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. Responsibilities: Achieve the assigned business targets Assist cross-border team to increase sales capacity and cost efficiency of cross-border team through respective sales and services activities Increase customer profitability through customer acquisition of new customers and cross-selling of suitable products to new and existing customers Involve actively in bank-wide campaigns and cross-border team initiatives Ensure the selling processes are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines Requirements: Preferably university graduate or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Personal Banking or financial industry Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills A team player with good initiatives and assertiveness A self-motivator who is keen on upgrading & improving personal knowledge & skills to meet evolving job requirements Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Business Development Manager We offer competitive remuneration package and promising career opportunities to the successful candidates.
