Responsibilities Achieve Targets: Strive to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets set by management. Expand Sales: Assist in crafting and executing B2B sales strategies to boost sales in HORECA and retail/trade sectors. Explore Opportunities: Identify and seize new business opportunities to drive growth. Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identifying avenues for upselling. Manage Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to provide tailored solutions based on client needs. Assist in Projects: Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by management. Qualifications Educational Background: Diploma or above in Marketing / Business or related subject; candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply. Sales Experience: Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HORECA / Retailer. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Language Proficiency: Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, as effective communication is key in client interactions. Self-motivation: A results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.
