業務拓展副總監 （Assistant Business Development Director）

We are an international forex brokerage firm. Due to business expansion needs, we are now inviting applications for the following position: Assistant Business Development Director - 5 day working week Responsibilities Develop and implement business expansion strategies for precious metals and FX trading products in Southeast Asia (e.g., Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand), with a focus on brokers and high-net-worth clients. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with local partners, institutions, and key clients to drive growth of the fintech platform. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs, and regularly submit business reports and strategic recommendations. Assist in designing business models and partnership solutions tailored to local markets, collaborating with the marketing and product teams to ensure successful execution. Lead the business team to achieve sales targets and nurture high-potential talent. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner management. Candidates with experience in the following industries are welcome: Financial sectors such as forex, securities, futures, precious metals, payments, and fintech. Cross-industry backgrounds such as e-commerce, cross-border trade, enterprise services, technology sales, or gaming, particularly with cross-border business or client development experience. Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets, local networks, or cross-cultural business experience is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; able to work independently and adapt to business travel. Language requirements: Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
