Digital Marketing and Sales Manager - e-Commerce Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy Analyze travel market trends, competitive environment, and consumer demand based on the company's overall strategy. Formulate the travel agency's market development strategy, including market positioning, target customer selection, and short- and long-term marketing plans. Brand Management, Promotion, and Public Relations Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and promoting the brand image. Develop brand communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation through various marketing activities. Liaise with Hong Kong media (such as the Oriental Daily and TVB) to advance public relations projects, including celebrity endorsements and community collaborations (neighborhood associations, corporate unions), while effectively managing public relations crises and issuing official statements (e.g., responses to destination safety controversies). Marketing Activity Planning and Execution Plan and execute various online and offline marketing activities, including travel route promotions, parties, promotional events, exhibition participation, travel lectures, and store openings. Develop detailed activity plans to ensure achievement of activity goals and evaluate the effectiveness of events. Market Expansion and Ecosystem Building In addition to coordinating digital marketing and traditional marketing, enhance social media operations and content creation. Lead the team in market expansion and collaboration. Build a B2B alliance system (collaborations with banks and high-end hotels), sign and manage local KOLs/KOCs in Hong Kong to achieve mutual expansion of traffic and customer resources. Team and Resource Management Lead the entire marketing department team (digital marketing, design, public relations, market expansion, etc.), clarify the responsibilities and goals of each module, provide professional training and development support, and build a high-performance marketing team. Develop and manage the full-chain budget for the marketing department, coordinating design to ensure efficient execution of marketing activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. 5 years or more of marketing management experience, with team management experience preferred; background in travel, e-commerce, or consumer goods industry is a plus. Proficient in offline event planning and execution, familiar with exhibition management, media relations (including collaboration with media such as TVB), and store promotional activities. Excellent media resources, especially strong relationships with mainstream television, print, and digital media in Hong Kong. Outstanding leadership, communication, and team management skills, capable of efficiently coordinating multi-department collaboration. Exceptional innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently. Basic Salary: HKD $35,000 - $50,000 per month, depending on relevant work experience. Work Location: Shenzhen Futian Free Trade Zone (on-site office required).
