Assistant Headwaiter

Job Responsibilities Maintain smooth running and effectiveness of banquet operations;確保宴會有效地運作及順利進行； Direct and supervise banquet captains and waiters;指導和監督宴會部部長及侍應生； Set up and organize function rooms for events and meetings;設置和整理宴會廳，供活動或會議之用； Provide quality service to guests and respond promptly to guests’ enquiries, requests and complaints;為客人提供優質的服務，並迅速回應客人的查詢，要求及投訴； Ensure all procedures are conducted safely and align with the IHG services standard and its standard of both personal and food hygiene and appearance.確保所有工作安全地進行，並符合IHG服務標準及其個人和食品衛生與外觀標準。 Job Requirements Minimum 5 years relevant working experience;具至少5年相關工作經驗; Fluent in Cantonese and good command in spoken English and Putonghua;操流利粵語、良好英語及普通話; Courteous, professional and guest-oriented;有禮貌、專業及以客為先; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Captain.相關經驗較少者，將考慮為部長。 We’ll offer the right candidate an attractive compensation package, on-going professional development and a culture of service excellence.我們將為合適的人才提供有吸引力的薪酬，持續的專業發展和卓越的服務文化。 Applicants who do not hear from us within four weeks should consider their applications unsuccessful.
