Position 1: Business Partner and Key Account Management Responsible for maintaining and servicing business partners and key accounts in the Hong Kong region. Develop and allocate wealth management solutions for overseas clients based on their financial needs to achieve wealth product sales targets. Provide effective service coverage for major clients through online and offline channels, meeting fund retention goals. Position 2: Physical Store Site Selection and Development Execute the end-to-end process of physical store site selection and development in Singapore aligning all activities with the company's strategic goals. Conduct thorough market research to identify viable locations. Gather necessary information and data and perform detailed analysis to support and inform all site selection decisions. Perform comprehensive on-site inspections of potential locations. Evaluate trade areas, assess suitable business formats, and analyze customer traffic patterns. Develop and produce professional site evaluation reports detailing findings and recommendations. Lead business negotiations with key partners, including shopping malls and developers. Manage the full lifecycle of contract signing, renewals, and all related documentation and legal matters. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Design, Product, Construction) to ensure seamless project execution. Rigorously control project costs and timelines to guarantee the smooth and timely launch of all new stores. Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with property owners, developers, and other essential partners in the retail real estate ecosystem. Provide support to the broader store team by assisting with other related tasks as needed. Position 3: Digital Asset Product Manager Design and execute the digital asset product roadmap to extend brokerage services into digital assets (spot, stablecoins, yield). Integrate MPC-based custody solutions using Fireblocks and build seamless wallet flows (custodial and non-custodial). Identify and integrate yield-generating opportunities from on-chain protocols with focus on safety, scalability, and UX. Develop payment rails for USDC/USDT settlements, ensuring compliance, liquidity, and real-time processing. Partner with engineering, compliance, and partnerships to ensure secure and compliant product launches. Work closely with risk and legal teams to align product rollout with MAS and international frameworks. Position 4: Marketing Manager Plan, create and publish engaging content across company’s social media platforms (such as Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Weibo) to drive interaction and follower growth. Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns (including new product launches, seasonal promotions and brand collaborations) to amplify brand exposure. Maintain consistency in brand visuals and tone across stores, social media and promotional materials. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing, and explore the right channels to reach our target customers. Track marketing performance across channels, generate regular reports and propose actionable optimization strategies. Work closely with store operations, design, PR and partnership teams to ensure seamless project execution. Identify, manage and collaborate with content creators and local influencers to drive brand engagement and awareness. Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Position 5: Risk Manager Analyze factors and events that could impact financial markets and assess their potential effect on the firm's portfolios. Lead the implementation of new risk measures and the continuous enhancement of existing ones, communicating directly with senior management on risk-related issues. Maintain responsibility for signing off on the Market Risk approval process for new products. Establish, implement, and maintain the firm's operational risk management framework. Identify, assess, measure, report, and mitigate the group's operational risk exposure, with a focus on trading system-related risks. Develop assessment frameworks for existing and emerging operational risks, enhance monitoring, and ensure effective mitigation actions are in place. Support Operations teams in identifying automation opportunities and coordinate changes to improve productivity and strengthen risk controls. Work closely with IT and Business Analyst teams to ensure the successful delivery of risk-related projects. Create and maintain project plans, track progress, and promptly escalate any exceptions to senior management. Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Position 6: Legal Associate Provide basic legal support for the group’s financing initiatives, including preparing checklists, maintaining deal files, and handling procedural matters. Assist in due diligence and document review for M&A and investment transactions, under the supervision of senior team members. Advise on legal risks and opportunities related to the day-to-day business activities, including securities trading, asset management and other corporate business. Support the Legal Department in executing local and regional projects and digital innovation initiatives and the development of digital platforms, services, and products. Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication between the Legal Department and other business units to address integrated legal and business issues. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management. Advise on regulatory and licensing requirements applicable to Longbridge’s businesses in Hong Kong and Mainland China and other applicable jurisdictions as assigned; liaise with regulators, external counsel as well as in-house compliance officers as needed. Monitor legal and regulatory updates (e.g., SFC, HKMA, CSRC circulars) and draft internal summaries or alerts for the Legal Department. Support the Legal Department in compiling responses to regulatory inquiries or audits, including document collection, filing, and basic drafting. Liaise regularly across business areas to ensure alignment of legal strategies and policies. Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including client agreements, vendor contracts, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, trade confirmations, and product term sheets. Develop and maintain legal and contractual templates to standardize and streamline documentation processes. Ensure contracts are legally sound, protect the company’s interests, and comply with regulatory requirements. Assist in instructing external counsel in litigation and dispute resolution processes, including communicating litigation strategies, preparing case summaries, chronologies, and document bundles. Monitor external-counsel invoices and maintain litigation files, ensuring pleadings and correspondence are properly stored and archived, with periodic summaries for the Legal Department. Position 7: Trading Infrastructure Engineer Own product roadmap for order matching engine, CLOB mechanics, tick sizes, matching algorithms (price-time priority, pro-rata, hybrid models). Define product requirements for order lifecycle flows: placement, amendment, cancellation, partial/complete fills, and detailed documentation to support implementation and iteration. Collaborate with engineering to design high-throughput, low-latency systems that meet institutional trading standards. Build MM/LP connectivity through FIX/WebSocket APIs; define quoting, RFQ, and streaming liquidity requirements. Develop incentive structures, maker rebates, and routing logic to optimize liquidity depth and spread. Work closely with market-making partners (e.g., Wintermute, GSR, Flow Traders) to ensure stable, competitive liquidity. Design flows for margin & collateral management, credit lines, auto-borrowing, settlement, modeled after prime brokers. Define internal and external connectivity for smart order routing (SOR), cross-venue execution, and liquidity aggregation. Work with risk teams to define real-time monitoring, circuit breakers, throttling, position limits, and liquidation buffers. Ensure product features comply with MiCA, MAS, and global digital asset regulatory expectations. Work with engineers to explore or design order book models, rollup-based matching, hybrid settlement, and MEV-aware execution. Design trading AI agents efficient for particular market situations based on user needs. Understand account abstraction wallets, gas-optimized settlement, and related technical patterns. Define and monitor KPIs such as spread, depth/volatility, fill-rate, order rejections, system TPS/latency. Partner with quants to run simulations and backtests to optimize matching policies and liquidity configurations. Position 8: Compliance Officer Support business advisory services and regulatory reporting matters. Conduct an internal investigation and draft conclusion report. Review and revise compliance manuals, policies, procedures and systems to keep abreast of new and regulatory changes. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders for the implementation of compliance-related projects. Assist in handling regulatory requests, inquiries, and examinations in a proper and timely manner. Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Position 9: Accounting Clerk Handle daily accounting for brokerage business. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management reports. Process daily, and monthly bank/broker reconciliation and accounting schedules. Assist in daily treasury operations of the Company such as fund transfer and time deposit. Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Position 10: Marketing Coordinator Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies. Organize and attend marketing activities and events to raise brand awareness. Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.). Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. Source, evaluate and shortlist business partners to achieve our user growth targets in Hong Kong. Develop, cultivate and grow relationships with new and existing partners, including KOLs, associations, business partners for strategic expansion. Provide strategic social media advice and guidance to influence clients’ WOM and deal with PR crisis. Work closely with the marketing team and internal resources to achieve the expansion goals. Prepare marketing reports, analysis, proposals and presentations. Develop and execute digital marketing plan. Recognise, study and assess market patterns, competitor offerings and demographics to identify opportunities for promotion and growth. Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Position 11: Trading Desk Operations Associate Responsible for daily dealing operation. Monitor client’s margin position and perform risk control. Provide inquiries service to clients and internal staff. Participate in system development projects, user requirements, UAT and implementation. Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Position 12: U.S. Retail Market Product Manager Design core U.S. investing experiences across quotes/market data, news & community, and trading, delivering simple and reliable flows. Turn U.S. retail market trends, competitive signals, and user behaviors into a clear product strategy and roadmap; be the voice of U.S. customers in design reviews. Partner with Engineering/Design/Data to frame problems and use metrics and experimentation to solve complex fintech challenges. Collaborate with Marketing/Growth and Customer Support to craft product messaging, analyze feedback, and drive acquisition and retention. Track the SEC/FINRA landscape and work with Compliance to bake requirements and controls into product early. Position 13: System Reliability Engineer Own system reliability: Design, implement, and operate highly available, secure distributed systems to meet strict uptime and performance targets. Build automation at scale: Develop and enforce best practices in monitoring, alerting, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Helm). Partner globally: Work with development teams from design through deployment, ensuring reliability and resiliency are built in from day one. Lead incident response: Drive on-call processes, conduct root-cause analysis, and continuously reduce MTTR and failure recurrence. Future-proof our stack: Evaluate and adopt modern cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Prometheus, AWS/GCP) to keep systems secure and scalable. Stress-test and safeguard: Lead disaster recovery, chaos testing, and capacity planning for critical wealth management services. Position 14: Creative Producer Lead end-to-end creative production for videos, static images, carousels, and animations across social, paid, email, and in-app channels. Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling concepts that reflect our brand identity and resonate with target audiences. Develop content tailored to different platforms—from high-converting ads to educational and community-focused content. Manage the creative production calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets. Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product marketing managers to ensure all creatives are consistent, clear, and performance-driven. Stay ahead of creative trends in fintech, retail investing, and social media to keep content fresh and relevant. Manage and provide direction to freelancers, designers, videographers, and agencies as needed. Position 15: Partnerships Manager Develop and execute a partnerships strategy to grow brand visibility and user base. Identify and negotiate with strategic partners including fintech companies, lifestyle brands, and relevant media platforms. Manage influencer and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) programs across social media platforms, ensuring alignment of brand messaging. Oversee community-building initiatives and events to deepen engagement with target audiences. Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to design joint campaigns that convert awareness into active users. Track and analyze partnership performance, optimizing for reach, engagement, and acquisition ROI. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, influencers, and community leaders.
