Beyond advertising, they offer digital communication platforms to enhance property management-delivering community announcements, environmental or ESG messaging, and localized info via cloud-driven displays. Job Description Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Create compelling sales proposals and packages tailored to premium commercial building, and public estates building clients, private housing, agencies and public stakeholders Identify and pursue new business opportunities for hiring poster sponsorship, premium lifts posting, TV broadcasting services, and branding Negotiate contracts and manage complex deal structures with high-value clients across commercial, private and public estate sectors Drive revenue growth through strategic business development across multiple estates and buildings Account Management & Client Relations Serve as primary relationship manager for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction Develop long-term strategic partnerships with premium clients, commercial clients and priate estates stakeholders Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for service expansion and contract renewals Manage client expectations and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong business relationships Project Management & Operations Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver advertising plan, premium services, branded experiences Coordinate with operations, marketing, and PR teams to ensure seamless execution Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverable for multiple concurrent initiatives Oversee quality control and post-project evaluation to ensure client satisfaction Media & Communications Develop media strategies and manage communications for high-profile partnerships and events Coordinate with press and media outlets to maximise exposure for client campaigns and company initiatives The Successful Applicant Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, or sales Proven track record in advertising sales, event sales, or premium account management Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken) Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives Excellent presentation and communication skills for C-level interactions Background in advertising sales, event management, or experiential marketing Media relations and communications experience Project management certification or demonstrated project leadership experience Experience in advertising sales industries What's on Offer Benefits Medical and Dental Insurance Attractive Commission Scheme and Year Ended Bonus Travel Allowance Team Building Activity 5 days work week Work-Life Balance Dynamic Environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
