We’re looking for a proactive, self-driven and detail-orientedJunior Sales Assistant to support ourSales Director in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences for our Whisky and Spirit section. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a fast-paced sales environment. Roles and Responsibilities Assist the Sales Director with daily administrative and operational tasks. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and client proposals. Coordinate meetings, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate CRM records. Support in managing key client accounts and handling inquiries promptly. Help organize sales events, product launches, and promotional activities. Support Sales Director on any business-related ad-hoc support. Can-do mindset with exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin. Business travel will be required. What We’re Looking For Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Highly organized, with great attention to detail and time management. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
