Relationship Manager Assistant (Private Bank or Financial Institution) We are recruiting for a Relationship Manager Assistant at a Chinese‑background financial institution. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship & Hospitality Professionally serve high‑net‑worth clients, providing exclusive and attentive service experiences. Handle client inquiries and coordinate internal resources to meet client needs. Maintain and deepen long‑term client relationships. 2. Documentation & Compliance Handling Process client documents related to account opening, transactions, asset changes, etc., ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist in organizing and updating client files in accordance with internal regulatory and compliance requirements. Collaborate with middle and back‑office departments to ensure smooth document workflow. 3. Data Analysis & Business Support Assist team managers in analyzing client asset structures, investment preferences, and sales data. Prepare regular business reports and provide data‑driven business recommendations. Assist in monitoring sales team performance, identifying business opportunities and potential risks. Support team managers with daily administrative tasks, meeting arrangements, and document preparation. Act as a communication bridge between frontline sales and middle/back‑office teams to ensure smooth information flow. Job Requirements 1. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in back‑office operations, client service, or business support within a financial institution. Must possess work experience in a financial institution, securities firm, or family office. Proficient in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin, and possess strong English communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (must possess data processing and analysis capabilities in Excel). Familiar with financial product account opening, transaction, and client document handling processes. Possess experience in client data analysis and report writing, with the ability to extract business insights from data. Understand financial compliance and confidentiality requirements, and handle matters with discretion. 3. Personal Attributes Extremely meticulous and responsible, capable of handling sensitive and confidential information. Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for interacting with high-net-worth clients.
