Oversee all project documentation, including main contract and subcontract administration, interim payment applications, variation orders, and cost reporting. Proactively manage main contract and subcontract claims, variations, and final account negotiations, ensuring accuracy and protecting the company's commercial interests. Provide authoritative contractual, financial, and commercial advice to the project team, mitigating risks and identifying opportunities. Lead and mentor junior QS staff, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines. Minimum of5 years of relevant experience,with a strong preference for candidates from the fitting-out or interior contracting sector. Proven track record in handling large-scale and complex fitting-out projects is highly advantageous. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
