Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor Currie & Brown is looking for assistant/quantity surveyors for our Hong Kong office. The successful candidates will contribute to the provision of quantity surveying services to Currie & Brown’s clients. Responsibilities Handle tender analysis and bidding, tender documents administration, material taking‑off and pricing, measurement of works, valuation of variation, etc. Prepare cost estimation, cost plans, extension of time claims, certifying payment and variation and final account settlement. Draft contract documents for projects for review by seniors/associates. Monitor project costs in line with the approved budget. Develop the financial aspect of feasibility studies. Liaise with contractors/specialist suppliers and support administrative matters. Attend site inspections, visits, site meetings and tender interviews when required. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in construction‑related disciplines preferred (fresh graduates welcome to apply). Associate degree or higher diploma in related disciplines or equivalent. Minimum of three years technical delivery experience within a global construction consultancy, with exposure to multiple projects (applicants with less experience will be considered as AQS). Passionate about quantity surveying and furthering your career with a leading consultancy. Good communication, interpersonal and client‑facing skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong IT skills and high levels of numeracy and literacy. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
